[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The subject of the present invention is a mount for detachable hinged arm blades, comprising for each branch an articulation formed of two separable elements, a bearing element and a pivot element, associated respectively with one of the two parts of the eyeglass frame, the tenon of the face and a branch, to hold the branch in the folded position or in the deployed position. STATE OF THE ART One such type of frame thus produced is known. In particular, according to FR 11 59 757. Each branch has a hinge formed of a bearing part and a pivot piece inserted into one another. The bearing piece is a block attached to the branch or post and has one side forming a main bearing surface and an adjacent side forming a secondary bearing surface, these surfaces being parallel to the hinge pin to define the unfolded position and the collapsed position of the branch. The bearing has a housing for receiving the hinge pin carried by a pivot piece having a yoke bearing the pivot and provided with a spring. This mount has the advantage of allowing easy exchange branches by a simple movement of engagement and clipping of the axis. But the structure is relatively complex and has a certain thickness on the inside of the frame, which can be considered in some cases as embarrassing. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to develop a spectacle of removable hinged-arm spectacles which is of a particularly simple construction and structure and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the limbs of the frame. DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION To this end, the subject of the present invention is a spectacle lens of the type defined above characterized in that: the tenon comprises a cut-out bordered by two basic tabs barred close to their ends by a transverse axis, the end of the branch has a main tongue bent in a covered loop to form a bearing of transverse axis and section corresponding to that of the axis of the post, this main tongue being bordered by two right side tabs, at the assembly, the lateral tabs coming on the outer side of the base tabs and the bearing of the main tab clipping on the inner side on the axis of the stud. This eyeglass frame is particularly simple and the assembly of the branch on the axis of the tenon is by a simple movement of engagement and clipping. The removal of the branch is done by a reverse movement just as simple by playing, again, on the elasticity of the main tongue and side tabs. According to another feature, the cutting of the tenon is occupied by a shorter retaining tab than the base tongue to leave the passage for the main tongue and the bearing of the branch relative to the axis and the main tongue is pro- extended beyond the loop forming the bearing by a lug coming on the top of the retaining tongue when the branch is in the unfolded position. The retaining tab advantageously completes the retention of the branch in the extension of the tenon, in the deployed position while allowing an over-opening movement by the elastic deformation of the retaining tab, the lug of the main tongue. and lateral tabs which deform elastically at the same time as the main tongue. This over-opening movement is resiliently returned to the normal opening position by the elastic reaction of the various elements of the joint thus deformed. This elastic reaction is zero when the leg is in alignment with the retaining tongue, the lateral tongues being supported on the base tabs of the tenon.
[0002] According to another feature, the retaining tab is offset from the plane of the tenon of the thickness of the material towards the inside of the frame and the tab extending the main tongue is substantially in the plane of the main tongue.
[0003] Due to this shift, the overall thickness of the joint is reduced and the tab of the branch is retained retracted over the retaining tab in the cutout of the tenon. According to another advantageous characteristic, the base tabs are extended beyond the axis blocking the cut-out to form bearing surfaces against which the lateral tongues come by elastic deformation for holding the branch in the folded position. This elastic deformation for maintaining the branch in the folded position is a particularly simple and effective solution compatible with the simplicity of the organization of the articulation between the branch and the tenon. According to another characteristic, the manufacturing method of the frame at least the joint is very simple since it consists, advantageously and preferentially, in cutting the tenon and at least the end of the branch in a room for example steel sheet which is then partially folded and bent to shape the elements of the joint and then the axis is welded to the post.
[0004] Drawings The present invention will be described hereinafter in more detail with the aid of an example of a spectacle frame with articulated articulated branches shown diagrammatically in the drawings limited to the region of the articulation between a tenon and a branch, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the disassembled linkage of the pin and the branch, FIG. 1A is a sectional view through a median plane of the joint assembly. FIG. 2 is a view of the mount of FIG. 1 in the assembled state, the branch being deployed, FIG. 2A is a sectional view through a median plane of the assembly. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the articulation when the branch is folded, FIG. 3A shows in section the folded position of the branch 3 with the support of its lateral tongues. 32 on the song of the lang Basic Figures 13, Figure 4 is a sectional view of the joint in phase of establishment of the branch on the post or its release. DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION According to FIG. 1, the subject of the invention is an eyeglass frame 1 with articulated, detachable branches 3, of which only the part corresponding to the articulation of a branch 3 on its tenon 11 is shown, the face 10 is just partially sketched. The structure of the two joints on each side of the face 10 being the same, the description will be limited to a single articulation. By convention to facilitate explanations, reference will be made to the outer side of the frame 1 and to its inner side. The inside is the one facing the user's head. According to Figure 1, the frame consists of the face 10 carrying on each side a post 11. This post 11 is provided with a cutout 12 open towards the side facing the branch 3. This cutout is defined by two base tabs 13. Near the free end, the base tabs 13 have a transverse axis 2 which is the axis of articulation of the branch 3. The ends of the base tabs 13 protrude by a slight extension 131, the position of the hinge pin 2. The cutout 12 is partly occupied by a retaining tab 14 offset from the plane of the post 11 to come in a position offset by a thickness, on the inside, of the frame. In this example, the whole tenon 11 is constituted by a flat piece, for example a piece of sheet metal in which the cut 12 has been made and the formation by bending and folding of the retaining tongue 14. The transverse axis 2 is welded to the two base tabs 13 on the inner side. To facilitate attachment of the axis, it comprises two flats 21 coming against the inner face of the two base tabs 13. The flats 21 appear on the sides of the pin 11 in the different figures. They also allow to bring the geometric axis (xx) of the articulation or the transverse axis 2 relative to the inner face of the post 11 and thus reduce the thickness of the joint. The branch 3 intended to be fixed to the hinge pin 2 carried by the tenon 11 comprises a main tongue 31 cut in the surface of the end of the branch 3. This main tongue 31 is bordered by two lateral tongues 32. The main tongue 31 has a curved end 310 forming a bearing section corresponding to that of the axis 21 and preferably closing over more than 180 ° to allow clipping of the bearing 310 and its retention on the axis 2 as will be seen below. The bent bearing 310 is extended by a lug 311. The lateral tongues 32 and the main tongue 31 are preferably cut first in the flat surface of the end of the branch 3. The main tongue 31 not yet bent is longer than the two lateral tongues 32. Then the main tongue 31 is bent towards its end to form the bearing 310. The main tongue 31 is separated from the lateral tongues 32 by a dividing line 33 extending each of the tongues 31, 32, for give it some elasticity, necessary for the establishment and functioning of the joint. FIG. 1A shows a sectional view of the various elements of the structure of post 11 and the end of branch 3 for the parts concerned by the joint. It highlights the cylindrical shape of circular section of the bearing 310 which closes at its base 310a, 310b for clipping on the axis 2. Figures 2, 2A show the assembly of the branch 3 to the pin 11 by the clipping of the bearing 310 on the axis 2. FIG. 2 shows the correspondence of the dimensions and in particular the width of the main tongue 31 at least at its portion forming the curved bearing 310 which corresponds to the width 11 of the cutout 12 so that the branch 3 is not only hinged about the axis 2 but it is also guided to some extent between the two edges of the cutout 12 by its contact with the edge of the curved bearing 310.
[0005] In the deployed position as in FIG. 2, this retention is furthermore reinforced by the coming of the tab 311 in the cutout 12 above the retaining tongue 13, which strengthens the resistance to tilting between the branch 3 and the tenon 11 in the plane of the tenon / branch connection. 2A shows in section the position of the assembled elements and in particular the support of the tab 311 on the retaining tongue 14. The outer surface of the post 11 and the branch 3 and its leg 311 are substantially coplanar, the tabs Lateral projections 31 coming over the base tabs 13. FIG. 3 shows the folded position of the branch with respect to the post 11. In this position, the two lateral tabs 32 rest on the edge of the two extensions 131 of the base tabs. by elastic deformation of the tongues 32 combined with the deformation of the main tongue 31. Thus, when the plane of the side tongues 32 is pivoted about the axis 2 by making with the plane of the ten post 11 a 90 ° angle, the branch is maintained in this folded position. To move into the deployed position, it is necessary to exceed the angle of the metastable position substantially corresponds to a right angle between the branch 3 and the post 11. The detachment of the branch 3 relative to the pin 11 is made by a simple pressing on the tab 311 of the bent bearing 310 to unclip the bearing of the axis 2 and then simply pull the branch 3 for example from the folded position shown in Figure 3.
[0006] The establishment of the branch 3 is done by performing a reverse movement by first pressing the lug 311 against the axis 2 and slightly bending the main tongue 31 enough to pass on the axis 2 until the bearing 310 can engage on the axis 2.
[0007] The eyeglass frame is manufactured in a simple manner by cutting the tenons and at least the ends of the branches in a piece of sheet metal, for example steel. The axis 2 consisting of a cylindrical piece of circular section is welded to the stud after shaping of the retaining tongue. For the end of the branch, after cutting tabs 31, 32, the main tongue is bent to form the bearing 310 and the extension constituting the tab 311.
